The cell phone makers are now in the race for the megapixels for their camerephones. Besides Samsung, Sony Ericsson has also jumped onto the bandwagon, having produced another 12-megapixel cameraphone - the Sony Ericsson Idou.
The 12-megapixel SE Idou phone was displayed at WMC 2009. This high-res cameraphone features a 12.1 megapixel sensor with Xenon Flash + auto focus, 3.5-inch touch screen with 640 x 320 resolution, GPS, a Micro M2 memory card slot, and runs Symbian OS. And the best is it’s equipped with few high-speed connectivities such as the Turbo 3G, that offers HSDPA or HSUPA, WiFi, and Bluetooth.
